Skinny Bunny Tea has some really great things about it that makes it an above average detox tea.  So I gave it 4 out of 5 stars after testing it out.

I got the 28-day supply, which came with a workout and diet plan as well.  Let me tell ya, all 3 of these components together (the teas, workout guide, and diet plan), worked great.  By the end of the 28 days, I felt strong, skinny, and less bloated.  I also noticed I had started to gain some muscle in all the right places.

I also really enjoyed the way this tea tastes, especially the AM Jasmine tea.  It was light, refreshing, and just all around delicious.  The PM Lemon tea was good too, although a little bit too sweet for my liking.

The ingredients are great, and I love that neither of these teas (AM or PM) include any laxative ingredients.  That made it easier on my digestive system, and also gave me the peace of mind that I wouldn’t be hauling my butt to the bathroom midday.

Both the teas are also easy to use; they come in teabags, which is very convenient.

If I had one complaint, it’d be that their customer service is awful.  I tried to get in touch with them for weeks with no luck.  Oh, and the price is definitely on the high side.

But overall, this is better than your average slimming tea, so I gave it 4 out of 5 stars.

Ease of Use

Both the Skinny Bunny AM and PM teas comes in teabags.  They’re small pyramid teabags, that are super easy to use.

Both of them you steep for 3-5 minutes in boiling water… couldn’t be easier.  They have a little string to pull the bag out of the water when you’re done steeping.

Neither of these have a laxative in them so you don’t need to worry about over steeping (if you accidentally do).

Taste

I ordered the AM tea in the Jasmine Green flavor, but they also have Chocolate, which sounds interesting to me.  The Jasmine Green is delicious!  I loved waking up and looking forward to my cup of Jasmine Green tea.  The Jasmine flavor is light, not too overpowering, but you definitely catch hints of it as you drink it.  Those of you who don’t like Jasmine, maybe try the Chocolate flavor.

The PM Skinny Bunny Tea I ordered in Lemon.  This one was sweeter than I expected it to be, it tastes like a tea that already has some honey or sugar added to it.  But I found it was a nice change of pace from the unsweetened Jasmine tea.  I liked the flavor a lot, but it may be a bit too sweet for some of you.  The lemon taste is strong and bold, but not overpowering.

Ingredient Analysis

Skinny Bunny Tea has great ingredients, and I love how few of them there are.  It makes it seem like the tea is more pure without a bunch of additives and flavoring.

The AM tea includes Green Tea and Jasmine Flower, that’s it.  The Green tea acts as a great source of energy when you wake up in the morning.  It gave me enough energy to get a head start to my day, but not too much where I felt jittery or over-caffeinated.

The PM tea contains Rooibos, which is a red tea that’s said to help with stomach issues.  It claims to help soothe your stomach muscles, and contains powerful antioxidants in it.  Rooibos is also caffeine free.

The nighttime tea also includes Green Tea, which I’m a bit perplexed about.  Green Tea contains caffeine, so it’s usually left out of bedtime teas.  That’s one thing I didn’t like about the PM tea.

Juniper Berries are another ingredient included in the PM tea.  Juniper Berries contain Vitamin C and are used to help support a healthy digestive system.

Results

After 28 days of using these teas, I looked and felt great!  I overall felt less bloated, had more energy, and felt all around pretty healthy.  Keep in mind, they give you a diet/exercise guide to follow as well in order achieve optimal results.

The diet and exercise guide is SO helpful. They give you recipe ideas and daily workouts.  If you follow both these while drinking your tea daily, I don’t see how you won’t lose some weight and gain some muscle.

After following both these and using their teas, I saw some great changes in my body.  My butt felt stronger and perkier, my abs were more apparent, and I felt like I could get through my workouts without huffing and puffing as much.

Now, this program will take some dedication.  You can’t just drink the tea and expect to get skinny.   But if you put in the effort, drink your tea, and eat healthy, you should see great results like I did.

Side Effects

I had a hard time sleeping while drinking this tea.  They include green tea in their PM blend, so I think it was keeping me up at night.

I also felt pretty hungry during this teatox, and I’m guessing it’s because I was following their workout guide as well.  Working out tends to make me hungry ALL the time.

Price/Value

Skinny Bunny Tea is $55 for a 28-day supply.  That works out to almost $2.00 a day, so it’s on the pricier side.  But, to me it’s well worth it.

They do offer a guarantee, but to be honest, I don’t see anyone being able to use it. You need to send the product back to them within 14 days or purchase.  I received the product after about a week, so if I wanted to send it back, I’d have no time to try the tea! This is a very weak guarantee.  14 days is not nearly enough time to try the product and then send it back if you’re not happy.

Also, I have to mention…Skinny Bunny’s customer service sucks.  I ordered the AM and the PM teas, but they both arrived saying “AM” on the bottle.  I emailed them numerous times about this, and heard back over a month later.  They told me this was an “error” on the bottle and the product was in fact the PM tea.  So just hope you don’t have an issue with the products, because their customer service is lacking.

I gave Happy Body Acai Teatox 4 out of 5 stars, so I was really happy with it.

I love the ingredients in this tea; they’re healthy and there’s no laxative.  Rooibos Leaf is great for promoting a healthy digestive system, in turn leading to less bloating and a healthy body.  Sencha Green tea provides a great boost in energy while assisting your body in burning fat.

The taste of this Acai Teatox is also great; it’s very light and a little fruity.  The taste isn’t overwhelming at all, so even those of you who don’t like the taste of tea, will probably like it.

While I was using this teatox, I felt great.  I was less boated, and just felt healthy all around.  I had a lot of energy, which helped me complete my daily workouts with more strength than I normally have.

You also can’t beat the price of this tea, as it’s only $9.99 for a 28-day supply!

The only two things I didn’t like about this tea are that it’s a bit harder to use because it’s loose leaf, and they don’t have a money back guarantee.  I really can’t stand it when companies don’t stand behind their products.

Overall though, I think this is a great teatox, and works well without the harsh effects of laxatives.

Ease of Use

Happy Body Acai Teatox comes in a bag full of loose leaf tea.  In most cases, I prefer a teabag, just because they’re easier to use.  But this tea was pretty easy to use despite the fact that it’s loose leaf.

They provide a strawberry shaped tea infuser, which is super cute and convenient.  It makes it easy for anyone to use, especially if you don’t own a tea infuser.

The one thing I didn’t like is that some pieces of the tea found their way out of the infuser and were floating around in my tea.

The directions say to put 1 teaspoon of tea in the infuser and leave it to infuse in boiling water for 3-5 minutes.

Since this one doesn’t have a laxative ingredient, you don’t need to worry about over steeping it. If you prefer a stronger taste, then go for it!

Taste

Now, this one is called an “Acai Teatox”, but don’t let the name fool you.  I didn’t really taste any acai flavoring in my tea, but it still tasted really yummy.

It has a light fruity flavor with a hint of Oolong and jasmine.  I loved the taste of this one and could easily drink it daily.  It’s a pretty mild flavor, so I didn’t use any lemon or honey in it.

Ingredient Analysis

I love the ingredient lineup in this teatox.  And I especially love the fact that it doesn’t contain a harsh laxative like many teatoxes out there.

Happy Body Acai Teatox contains Rooibos leaf, which is said to help with digestive issues and stomach cramps, although, not by causing a laxative effect.  It helps smooth out the muscles in your gut, and creates a calming effect.  Rooibos is also rich in zinc and alpha hydroxyl, which are both great for your immune system and health in general.

This tea also includes Sencha Green Tea Leaf.  Sencha Green tea contains caffeine, so it’s great for a little pick me up or boost when you need it.  It also can boost your metabolic rate, which will help you burn fat.

Some other ingredients included in this blend are Oolong Wu Yi Lead, Jasmine Tea Leaf, and Hibiscus Flower, which are all great ingredients for your body.

I did notice some of Happy Body’s other teatoxes do include Senna Leaf (which is a strong laxative), so make sure to avoid those ones and stick to this Acai Teatox.

Results

This teatox is great for long-term weight loss…and keeping the weight off.

You won’t see the immediate loss of water weight like you will with the teas that contains laxatives (this is a good thing).  But with consistent use of this tea, you will slowly start to see the pounds shed off (with a healthy diet and exercise).

I used this tea is place of my morning coffee, and also occasionally in place of a soft drink at lunch.  I highly recommend doing this, because this will cut out sugar from other drinks, while replacing it with a tea that promotes fat burning.

So, after consistently using this tea for a few weeks, I can say it helped tremendously with bloating, and I also felt all around healthier.

Side Effects

I didn’t notice any side effects while using this tea.  If you’re body isn’t used to consuming caffeine, you may get a headache the first day or two, however.

Capital Teas Slimming Oolong is a great detox tea that will work for a lot of people.

This tea tastes great and is very mild for those of you who don’t like a strong taste.  It has a bit of caffeine in it, but not an overload.  It’s just enough for a little energy boost.

Ease of Use

Although this tea isn’t as easy to use as ones that come in teabags, it’s not that bad.  Capital Teas Slimming Oolong is a loose-leaf tea, that is chunkier than most.  The chunky-ness of this tea actually comes in handy while steeping it.  A lot of finer loose-leaf teas escape the infuser and wind up floating in your cup, and I didn’t experience that with this tea.  The tea itself kind of resembles little marijuana buds.

The directions say to use 1 tsp per 6 ounces of boiling water, and steep for 3-5 minutes.  Since this one doesn’t have a laxative ingredient, if you steep beyond 5 minutes, that shouldn’t be a problem.  The longer you brew, the stronger your tea will be.  You can also make this into an iced tea if you choose to do so.

There are no instructions as to whether you should drink it in the morning or at night, which is a bit odd.  Oolong has a mid-range caffeine content, so I’d recommend drinking in the morning.

Taste

This tea is very mild in my opinion.

It has a smooth, slightly floral taste.  I love the taste, and it smells great as well.  The taste is very relaxing, and I like knowing it’s not flavored with anything but the Oolong tea itself.

For those of you who aren’t a fan of strong, pungent flavors, this is a great option for you.  The mild flavor is something a lot of people will like.  On the other hand, for those of you who love lots of flavor, you may find this one a bit too bland for your liking.

This detox tea consists of one ingredient… Chinese Oolong Tea.  I love the simplicity of this tea, and how it doesn’t contain any strong laxatives that some other detoxes do.

Results

After using this tea for about 2 weeks, I felt fantastic.

I gave Fit Tea 28 Day Detox 4.5 out 5 stars, so I really like this tea.

It tastes great, is easy to use, and I saw some decent results while using it.

One thing in particular I like is the fact that it doesn’t contain any harsh laxatives in it.

Those types of detox teas really aren’t very healthy and any weight that’s lost is water weight that comes right back.  So kudos to Fit Tea for keeping those types if ingredients out of their tea.

One of the only things I really don’t like is that they don’t have a money back guarantee.  In this day and age, companies really should stand behind their product if it doesn’t work for someone!

Ease of Use

Fit Tea is overall pretty easy to use.

It comes in tea bags, which is great.  However, this is another one that doesn’t have the string on the bag to pull it out of your mug– I just don’t get it.

They’re also not individually wrapped like some tea bags are.

Taste

Fit Tea tastes SO good; this is definitely one of the best tasting detox teas I’ve tried.

It tastes like lemon, and has a pretty mild, relaxing taste.

It’s perfect for waking up in the morning and being refreshed.  On the bag it says you can add honey or lemon to it, but I didn’t need to.  It was delicious as is.

Ingredient Analysis

Fit Tea contains green tea, which contains caffeine, and caffeine is said to help promote healthy weight loss as it oxidizes fat.  Green tea is a great way to get your daily dose of caffeine, as it doesn’t have all the added sugar that sodas and energy drinks have.

Furthermore, Fit Tea also contains Garcinia Cambogia Extract, which comes from a small fruit.  This ingredient is said to curb cravings and aid in the shedding of fat over time (in small, reasonable amounts).

Results

While using this tea, I saw some really awesome results.

I used it in conjunction with a healthy diet and 4 weekly workouts, and I dropped about 1-2% in body fat (per my Fit Bit scale).

Another great thing, I noticed I was less bloated throughout the month (even during THAT week, girls you know what I’m talking about).

I really like that you can continue to use this tea as long as you’d like to, as it doesn’t contain any laxative ingredients.  So if you continue to use this tea in place of your sugary sodas, coffees and juice, you can definitely see some results in the weight loss department.

This isn’t a miracle tea (none of them are), but with a good diet and exercise, this tea is a great way to boost weight/fat loss.

Side Effects

The only side effect I noticed while using Fit Tea 28 Day Detox was that it gave me more energy.  This side effect is very welcome!

Other than that, I made sure to stay very hydrated, and I never had any dehydration or headaches.

All-in-all, it’s not super cheap, but it’s not expensive either.

It tastes so good and different than most detox teas.  The morning tea tastes like Christmas; I couldn’t get enough of it!

I also really love the ingredients in both of these teas, and it’s a huge plus that neither of them contain any harsh laxatives.  It was really nice not having to worry about my digestive tract, and running to the bathroom every hour.

The results I got from using Naked Me Tea were also stellar.  I felt great, lost weight, and my skin even cleared up a little.  I also like that the night time tea helped me get my best night’s sleep.

I wish these were in teabags, as they’d be easier to use.  And I also with they had a money back guarantee.  Those were two draw backs for me.  The price point is also very high, but you get a very high quality tea in Naked Me.

But overall, I’m really happy with this detox tea so I gave it 4.5 out of 5 stars.

This is one small downside of Naked Me Tea, it’s a loose-leaf tea, and it doesn’t come in teabags.  I prefer teabags just because they’re so convenient and easy to use.

The directions for both the Boost Me and Cleanse Me tea are the same, steep 1 tsp of tea leaves in a tea infuser for about 5-7 minutes.  It was pretty easy, and the great thing is that neither of these teas have harsh laxatives so I didn’t really need to worry if I over steeped it a minute or two.

I noticed that some of the tea escaped into my tea, while I was infusing it, but it wasn’t a big amount.

Taste

I really love the way both of these teas taste, especially the Boost Me Morning Tea.  It tasted like Christmas to me (I know, kind of an odd way to describe it).  But it has cloves in it that give it a very festive taste, almost like gingerbread.  I could drink this tea multiple times per day…it’s that yummy!

The Cleanse Me Night Tea is still good, but I liked the morning tea better.  The night tea is minty and smooth, and not very strong.  In my opinion, it’s the perfect calming flavor to drink before bed.  It gets its minty taste from spearmint, which I love.

Ingredient Analysis

These teas have an interesting ingredient blend that I really like.

First off, I am SO happy Naked Me Tea doesn’t include any harsh laxatives in either of these teas.  This tea was gentle on my digestive tract, unlike many other teas that include laxatives.

The Boost Me tea contains Yerba Mate which is great for both your metabolism and immune system.  It also packs a punch of caffeine, so it’s great to drink when you wake up.  It also includes Black Tea, which is good for burning fat and helping to regulate your blood sugar.  Some other ingredients including in this tea are licorice root, cloves and black pepper.

Now, the Cleanse Me Tea is caffeine free, so it’s perfect to drink before bedtime.  It contains Holy Basil to helps lower stress and promotes healthy sleep.  It’s also known to help with weight loss.  Spearmint is also included, and that’s where this tea gets its minty freshness.  Spearmint is great for your skin and also helps aid in healthy digestion.  Linden Blossoms are known to be calming, and help act as a natural sleep aid.

Results

The results I saw while using this detox tea were great.

During the day I had tons of energy that I used to help complete my workout and be productive.  And at night I slept great, thanks to the Cleanse Me Tea.  I found that the natural sleep aids in this tea were very impactful in helping me sleep through the night.  I woke up each morning feeling refreshed.

I’m really happy with Love Superfood Tea after using it for 3 weeks, so I gave it 4.5 out of 5 stars.

In my opinion, this is one of the better detox teas out there.

I absolutely love that it doesn’t contain any harsh or scary laxatives (cough cough, Senna Leaves), so I didn’t need to worry about using the restroom multiple times a day.

The ingredients in this tea are great; it even includes Vitamin C!  I’m convinced this tea helped me fend off an impending cold.  It also contains Black Tea, Green Tea and Mate Green, which are all good for your digestive tract, metabolism, and fat oxidation.

Now, the taste of this tea is amazing.  It tastes like sweet berries; I think cranberry is the main one I tasted.  I loveeee the taste!

The results are also very good; I lost 3 pounds while using it!  And if you continue to use it in place of sugary drinks, you’re very likely to keep losing more.

I was a bit jittery after drinking it the first few days, and I also got some headaches after I finished the teatox.  So those are some small drawbacks.

One big drawback for me is they don’t have a money back guarantee; they don’t even have a return policy! That’s so lame.

But overall, I really enjoyed this tea and its results so I gave it 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Ease of Use

Love Superfood Tea is a loose-leaf tea that comes with a little heart shaped infuser.  Although loose leafs aren’t as easy to use as teabags, the infuser really helped make this one more convenient.

The directions say to measure 1tsp into the infuser and infuse in boiling water for 3 minutes.  This tea doesn’t contain any laxatives, so you don’t need to worry even if you over steep it a little bit.

You’re directed to use 2 cups daily, one in the morning, and one around lunchtime/afternoon.

Once I infused my tea, I found little fragments escaped the infuser, but at least there weren’t any big chunks floating around in my cup.

Taste

This detox tea tastes delicious!

When I opened the bag, I was overwhelmed with a sweet, berry scent.  That’s exactly how the tea tasted as well.  It tasted like cranberry to me; I was very pleased with how good this one tastes.

Seeing as you need to drink 2 cups per day, I’m glad this one tasted so yummy.  I looked forward to drinking it!

Ingredient Analysis

This teatox contains some really good ingredients.

First off, it contains Black Tea, which is great for digestive issues, lowering cholesterol, and also contains about half the amount of caffeine that a cup of coffee does.

Also included in this tea is Green Tea.  Green tea is great for your metabolism and oxidizing fat.  Mate Green is another ingredient in this tea, so you’ll definitely be getting your needed caffeine boost!

I experienced great results while using this tea.

Let me start off by saying, I started to feel like I was getting a cold while I was using this tea, and I’m happy to say it never progressed into one.  I’m convinced it was the tea and its good ingredients that helped me fight it off.

Besides strengthening my immune system, this tea also helped me out in the weight loss department.

After about a week of using it, I really started to notice my belly was less bloated, and I really felt great. After the full 21 days, I lost about 3 lbs, and I know if I continued to use this tea on a daily basis that I could lose more.

This is a great detox tea to use long term because it doesn’t contain any scary laxatives that a lot of detox teas out there do.

So if you see good results after 21 days, I’d definitely recommend continuing on with this one!
